Shakshuka
Ingredients
Oil for frying
1 Onion
1 Clove of Garlic
1 Pepper
Chopped Tomatoes
Tomato Puree
Spices - 1tsp chilli powder, 1tsp cumin, 1tsp paprika, pinch Cayenne pepper (which is very hot.)
5-6 eggs
Method
1. As usual, start with chopping.
2. Fry the onions and garlic.
3. Add the peppers and fry for a further 5 minutes.
4. Add the tomatoes and spices
5. Now this is the tricky bit. You want to break the eggs into the sauce. It's also better if they submerge a bit so they cook better. Good luck!
