Ingredients:
- Soy cream
- Pumpkin

- Carrots
- White potatoes
- Sweet potatoes
- Onions
- Ginger
- Apples
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cayenne
- Stock
- Olive oil
Directions:
Chop up the onions, carrots, pumpkin and potatoes. Add them to a pot with olive oil. Add ginger, spices and stock. After the vegetables are tender, add the apples and allow to simmer for several minutes. Using a stick blender, blend up the ingredients. Add additional spices to taste.
