Senior Squads
With at least 1 year rowing experience you can join our senior squads, who train and compete throughout the year. The squad is separated into Men's and Women's squads but everyone does the same training programme.
This is a highly competitive “club” group trains 6 days a week. Most training will be done together and will consist of a mixture of water sessions, weights and ergs. Early in the season there will be a focus on technical skills and getting everyone moving with the same style of rowing stroke before building the miles up in crews through the winter.

Recent highlights from the senior men include our 4x making the Saturday in the Prince of Wales at HRR 2021, second in the University 4+ at Marlow Regatta 2023, winners of the Op 2x Club at Pairs Head 2023, winning Bronzes in the Op Championship Lwt 1x and Op Championship 2x at BUCS 2024, Gold and fourth at Met Regatta 2023 in the U23 1x and Op 4x and our one year on Alumni winning the Double Challenge Sculls Cup.

Recent highlights from the senior women include a 4x making the Saturday in the Princess Grace Challenge cup, a 2- making the Friday in the Hambleden Pairs at HRR 2021, 12th out of 79 in University 8+ at WeHoRR 22, winning Gold and Silver in the W Beg 2x and W Championship 2x at BUCS 2024, winning Gold in W 2x at Met Regatta 2024, winning Gold in the W Inter 4x at BUCS Head 2023, and recent Alumnus Becky Wilde achieving Bronze at the Paris Olympics!
