Got an important event coming up? A grudge match with a rival team, a formal ball to celebrate the year, or a special family gathering that you want to capture? We know how difficult it is to find a photographer, and we want to make this process much easier for you and give photographers at the University of Bath a platform to take on your tasks.
We have over 200 passionate photography lovers in the society, with many looking to who actively take up freelance professional work, ranging from old-timer pros to those who are just breaking into the scene.

As a society, we can help you reach out to our members to advertise photography work to them, this is done via the following process:
1) You can reach out to us by contacting us at the email below, with event information and contact details.
2) We then share that information with our community and encourage members to individually contact you with a bid for the work. As a rule of thumb, we suggest to freelancers that any paid work will be offered at a minimum rate of £30 per hour, since time, equipment costs and insurance all come into play when freelancing.
3) When freelancers chose to get in contact, you are free to negotiate with our members or chose who to proceed with - that's your call, as the society simply connects you and our members together.
In the future, we hope to update this page showcasing some of our freelancers, with links to their portfolios, so you can directly email freelancers that you might be interested in working with - so please keep an eye out for when we start rolling this out. In the mean time, please feel free to contact us at the email below and we can pass on jobs to our freelancers!
