It's always really important that we stay connected with each other, so one of the best things that you can do is keep in contact with your friends, family and maybe those who you haven't talked to in a while.
We would highly reccomend meditation! Headspace (free with Spotify!), Calm or Insight are all great ways to start building practice, if you have never tried meditation before!
