V Nature has been taking care of the environment of Brickfields Park, in partnership with Your Parks. During November, we planted bulbs and wild flowers as well as clearing paths out of spiky spikes. If you come over to Brickfields Park the next Spring, you should see the little lives we planted spouting in a land of great greens :)
You may not realise their importance, but parks provide a place to relax for all the locals and gives us a unique and convenient place to ease our minds – the nature has its magic to calm our minds. Benefit yourself from just a few hours of physical activities and take a break from the screens to lower your exam stress by joining our volunteering group. This is also a great chance to add some unique experiences to your CV!
A few more sessions are coming up during early to middle December – you are more than welcomed to join us! Take this chance to be in the nature and make a change. Every small steps taken will contribute not only to our local community, but the planet as a whole. We will be repairing and collecting materials from the park to add to the bug hotel, and more will be coming!
