On Wednesday 11 October students got together in The Edge, the Universty's Arts building on campus, helped themselves to cereal and milk and got to know some new people!

It was a casual and interactive breakfast event, with cereals and milk available at the bar counter and background music adding to a lively atmosphere. All participants switched partners every 5 minutes so they got a good chance to mingle!

Cereal Dating is the first event this year run by the student-led fundraising group RAG (Raise and Give) and all profits from ticket sales go to RAG's Big 4 charities, which are voted for each year by students. £144 was raised, which will go towards the overall total at the end of the year for the Big 4 which this year are Wicked Weather Watch, Heswall Disabled, Children's Holiday Fund, St Mungo's and Action for Children.
