Over 40 enthusiastic students braved the chilly weather to sprint across campus for our annual Santa Dash event, and we're thrilled to share that this year's dash was a tremendous success, raising over £300 for RAG's Big 4!
On the frosty morning of December 2nd, participants donned matching Santa costumes and joyfully covered the 5k trail across campus. Thanks to the support of our dedicated volunteers and RAG, who provided a delightful hot chocolate stand, the event was a lively and enjoyable experience for all the runners. The sight of bright red Santa suits traversing the campus created a festive atmosphere that resonated with everyone involved.
We're proud to announce that all the proceeds generated from this event will be donated to RAG's Big 4, Heswall Disabled Children's Holiday Fund, Wicked Weather Watch, St Mungo's, Action for Children.
This Santa Dash holds a special place in V Team's heart as one of our favorite festive events, and we're elated to label it a resounding success, not just in terms of fun and participation but also in making a positive impact by raising funds for important causes.
