The SU is thrilled to be stocking Edge Eats alongside Starbucks in The Plug! You can enjoy fresh, homemade baked goodies ranging from Brownies and carrot Cake to the ultimate Rocky Road. The perfect addition to your daily Starbucks.
Edgie Eats is founded by one of our Bath student Alumni Hannah Egerton. Hannah started Edgie Eats during her first year of university and had constant requests for the recipes after filling her University Kitchen with delicious baked goods.
The SU supported Hannah in the early stages by offering pop-up stall space within The SU and she is now a regular, hosting a popup every Thursday. Hannah and her products are so popular amongst the students and staff across campus.
Edgie Eats launched as a limited company in April 2022 and has grown into an independent cake and baked goods company, running local market stalls, supplying postal goods to the whole of the UK, and local deliveries to Bath and Bristol. We’re so proud of what Hannah has achieved and are so happy to be supplying her gorgeous baked goods in our venue. Edgie Eats caters for all dietary needs, so there is something for everyone.
If you are ever in Bristol, Hannah is also about to open her very first Café, so watch this space!
