The sentiment was echoed by student Adela Karlova, V Team V Run Project Leader “I just wanted to quickly say THANK YOU for volunteering at Sunday’s Bath Half! It was a spectacular event with an amazing atmosphere and you were a huge part of making that happen!!".
The sun was shining for the day and although there was a chill in the air so many supporters came out to support the runners. Student Dhiraj Sahijwane, V Team Treasurer & STAR Head of Fundraising ran and commented “I really loved the atmosphere around the city—hearing the crowd cheer, seeing their support, and even getting snacks along the way gave me the motivation to push through and complete the Bath Half!”.

We even had our very own Chief Executive Ryan running , Ryan said “The Bath Half Marathon was an incredible event, showcasing the dedication and spirit of the Bath community. It was great to run on behalf of RAG and to see so many people raising money for important causes.”

Finally student Alix Williams summed up the event, “It was such a good day, with the number of people showing up to support, the money raised for charity and the weather making for an amazing atmosphere!”

Once again a huge well done to all the amazing runners and volunteers and to everyone who donated.
