This new mentoring scheme is designed to provide students with media development opportunities, CV support, networking connections, and even potential work experience. As a mentor, your role is invaluable in helping students navigate their journey in student media and beyond.

By signing up, we ask that you:

• Meet with your mentee—either virtually or in person—every few months.
• Provide constructive feedback on their work, whether in journalism, radio, or TV.
• Share career advice and networking opportunities to help them grow.
• Offer work experience, if possible, to give them hands-on industry insights.

Your mentorship can shape a student’s future, build their confidence, and open doors to new opportunities. Whether you’re an industry professional, or an alumni member, your support will help develop the next wave of media talent!
