Join us at the track, as we start our winter training sessions. We encourage you to come and try out sprinting on the track with the most inclusive sports club at the University.
Meeting point is the Indoor Sprnt Track from 6:30pm
Rec Sprints sessions are open to runners and pushers of all abilities. All sessions will have qualified coaches leading the sessions, this particular taster session will be led by a Level 2 Coach . Please remember to bring water and sensible clothng along.
