Are you a DJ and want to get more opportunities to play out in professional settings? Or, have you never picked up a USB or DJ'd before?
No matter your skill level, University Radio Bath (URB) is the place for you to hone your skills in our specialised DJ studio.
We have our own Pioneer RX3s, and have access to the SU's CDJ3000s, for you to practise on, whether that's as part of our 1-on-1 DJ training sessions, or solo practise/group sessions.
The aim of this session is to introduce ourselves, George and Jack, and to present how the training sessions will work, get a taste of what/how you like to mix and to introduce you to URB DJing!
George and Jack are both resident DJs in the SU club (The Plug & Tub), and have opportunities for upcoming members to shadow them during club nights, and mix B2B. We also have Thursday nights at the SU (Mixology) which is open to anyone proficient enough to hold their own while DJing.
