V Team Student Volunteering

Meet at Dorchester Street (meeting point in the sign up link) at 2:30pm, we will be walking to Green Park, clearing any rubbish along the way, supporting both the local community and wildlife in keeping our city clean.

V Clean will provide litter pickers, bin bags, gloves and tshirts. Please ensure you are wearing suitable footwear, warm clothes and have adequate water/snacks for the walk.

Karate Kata Taster: 2nd February 5pm - 6:45pm; STV Dojo; This is one of two coached sessions by our senseis! We will be going through Karate basics (Kihon), some very practical self defense training including some grappling, and our main part of the session, Kata! (forms). Come along and try this session!

BUMC Trail Run: 2nd February 5:15pm - 6:45pm; Upstairs in the STV entrance; Come explore the local trails. Normally a longer (8-10km ish) and shorter group (5-7km) and sometimes an injured/ just starting group (2-3km @ 8min/km) Bring a headtorch!

Trading Card Games: 2nd February 5:15pm - 10:05pm; 8W2.30; Join us in 8W2.30 for our weekly TCGs session! TCGs involve building a deck of many different cards, then competing against other players and their decks. The society can supply decks to allow everyone to get involved, or bring your own!

Pitchers and Pool: 2nd February 7pm - 11pm; The Plug; Kickback in The Plug with friends over a game of pool!
