Strength & Conditioning with Lisa

What to expect: 45 minutes of exercises targeting different muscle groups to help you gain that strength on and off the pole!

What to bring: A yoga mat if you have one, and don’t forget your water bottle!

Requirements: Suitable for all levels, no prior strength or experience needed :)
