Volunteering with Guiding
Do you want to get involved in the local community?
Can you be a good role model for young girls?
Then you should think about being a leader for Girlguiding, a fun and rewarding way to spend a few hours of your week (that will also look great on your CV)!
Girlguiding is the leading charity for girls and young women in the UK, and here in Bath there are many units that need your help.
You could be working with our youngest members, Rainbows aged 5-7, Brownies aged 7-10 or Guides aged 10-14, helping them to learn, challenge themselves, and try new things - but most of all to have lots of fun!
Whether you have experience with guiding or not, we can find a place for you:
Volunteering with Girlguiding is flexible and can suit you and your time available. You could be anything from unit leader to an occasional helper, whatever works best for you. Don't want to volunteer regularly but have a skill you think the girls would love to learn? We'd love to hear from you! Want to help out at one-off events, but can't commit to weekly meetings? Let us know!
If you'd like to get involved, feel free to get in touch.
