New Assistive Technology Room in the Library!
There are now two work rooms increasing the provisions for students who require the space! You can access these rooms by contacting Disability Services and booking your space through LibCal. They can be found in the Library, Level 2, 2.10b and 2.10c.
This is a fantastic step continuing to make education here at Bath more accessible.
Rooms are equipped with:
- Automatic doors
- Ergonomic workstations
- Computers with position adjustable, standard or touchscreen monitors and Assistive Technology Software
- Networked, low level colour printers/scanners
- Additional space for students wishing to use their own laptops
- Dimmable lights
- Whiteboards
- A Braille Embosser
- An electronic magnifier
- A Projector
Massive thank you the Library team and Assistive Technology Team for all their work on this!
You must have been granted access by the Disability Services to enter one of these two rooms and will need your library card to swipe in.
