Wow what a week! We are thrilled to announce that the results of the SU Officer Elections 2025 are in! We had an amazing turnout with 5890 individual voters which is the highest turnout since 2018.

A huge congratulations to all our amazing candidates for campaigning so hard over the last week, we're so proud of all your hard work and dedication to the election. It was a bumper year of candidates and each and every one of our candidates showed such passion for the roles, we're so proud of you all.

We want to take a moment to thank the staff and the current SU Officer team who worked so hard throughout the election period to ensure ir all ran smoothly and as many students were engaged as possible. We also want to mention Media, who did amazing work, filming interviewing and writing and bringing the elections to life. So much work goes into making this happen so an enormous thank you to everyone involved. Special shout out to our student member of our Democratic Procedures Team (DPT) Rohan Sudhaman who did an amazing job supporting this process.
