Terms of Reference

1. To provide the main formal venue for the Academic Reps to provide feedback on their experience as a Rep and in resolving matters about their course.
2. To provide Academic Reps with outcomes of the feedback provided by their Faculty Rep and what enhancements are being made as a result of their feedback.
3. To provide a venue for Rep consultation on the development of policies, procedures, and proposals being discussed in meetings such as FLTQC and Board of Studies.

Membership

Academic Exec membership:

• Senate Rep (Chair)
• Education Officer (Co-Chair)
• Undergraduate Faculty Reps

Postgraduate Taught Exec membership:

• Postgraduate Taught Exec Chair
• Postgraduate Officer (Co-Chair)
• Postgraduate Taught Faculty Reps
• Open Place Members (PGT Only)

Doctoral Exec membership:

• Doctoral Exec Chair
• Postgraduate Officer (Co-Chair)
• Doctoral Faculty Reps
• Open Place Members (Doctoral Only)

Routine attendees include:

• Student Voice Assistant
• Student Voice Coordinator (Academic Representation)
• Student Voice Coordinator (Postgraduate)
• Education Manager

Frequency

Education Execs will happen at least 4 times a year, with each Exec meeting separately.
